The renter and any additional driver must provide a valid government-issued driver's license (Class 5 or higher) issued from the country of residence.

Pick-up and drop-off is at New Westminster, if the customer is planning to drop in another location in the Vancouver area, we can accommodate that request for a fee which needs to be pre-agreed.

The person renting the car should be 21 year or higher. ‘Unders Age Fee’ may be changed for renters between the age group of 21 and 24. All drivers must obtain collusion and basic liability insurance. 

The renter has to obtain insurance from ICBC (or other service provider) for collision and third party liability and other options that will be beneficial for the renter. You could walk into any Auto-Broker in BC and obtain your insurance for the period you intend to rent the cars.

A security deposit of $500 will be collected when the car is picked up. Security deposit will be returned after 10 days post-trip. Payment can be made in cash, e-transfer or paid online through credit card. 

We understand that when we travel, there are a number of reasons why you might have to cancel the reservation. If you decide to cancel before your pick-up time, you must send us a cancellation request at least 72 hours in advance to your pick-up. If cancellation is done within the 72 hr window, we will retain the booking advance..
